Practice Makes Professional

The first physical manifestation of the moodboard presented in 18mp glory. I tried two new things with this one: a method of printing a set of images and accompanying crop marks on one sheet, and mounting the sheet of images to board before cutting. The resulting pieces were rather enjoyable to handle with a lovely amount of heft to them. Aligning the pieces for further mounting is a thing to practice. I am satisfied with the product as a point along a path of progress.

Tried a method described in one of the Lynda videos shown in last night's class. Certainly takes some overthinking out of the process. Also gets around my underdeveloped lettering skills. What's left to be seen is whether I can make up an icon.
